RIEN JEWELLERY LTD. provides a 30-day return policy on from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn and unused.

  • The item remains in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  • The return is accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused at the sole discretion of RIEN JEWELLERY LTD.

All sale and special-campaign pieces are final sale, including orders placed through creator partnerships or with promotional codes not listed on the website’s front page.

Return Procedure

Customers can request and manage returns directly within their accounts OR through customer service (in the bottom right corner).

Upon approval, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided.
Unapproved returns or parcels sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects

All orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact RIEN JEWELLERY LTD. within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchanges

RIEN JEWELLERY LTD. does not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, customers must:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item; and

  2. Place a new order once the return has been authorized.

This procedure ensures accurate inventory management and timely processing.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Fees
